If you’re paying attention, right now is a great time for employees. Employers are struggling to secure talent, which means that companies across almost every industry are streamlining their hiring processes, bulking up their total compensation packages, and offering spiffs to qualified candidates who are ready to make the jump from their current employer or jump back into the job market.
Let’s be clear, though, contrary to the popular narrative, this “employee market” is still very favorable for employers – the needle never moves too far from an employer market.
