As our past clients know, 2023 was full of major change here at The Change Laboratory. As we head into the Holiday Season and 2024, we want to take a moment to update you on what’s new and what to look for in the year ahead.
We have a new member of the family.
We’ve just launched the Personal Development arm of the business: Figure Out You. We still offer the career services you know us for, but it’s important – in an increasingly turbulent world – that you center the “one you” more than any single role. Clients have been requesting these services for years, so we’re thrilled to be leaning into them fully.
Figure Out You offers a full suite of coaching and consulting services designed to help you know yourself, effectively navigate change, and unlock a future you’re excited about.
We have an old member of the family.
Our Business Development Services remain intact under the Stop Hating Mondays arm of the business.
Stop Hating Mondays offers services for organizations of all sizes, with a focus on making them great places for the individuals who make them run. Happy, #SundayScaries-free employees and work groups are good for business, so we focus on empowering team members with tools for greater success and arming organizations – from startups to Fortune 500 – with progressive HR strategies.
We have a store.
Many of our core services can now be purchased directly from the website. We’ve been working to create a more frictionless web experience, so clients can now make purchases without any e-mail interaction. Because a good deal of our work is highly individualized, you’ll always have the option of reaching out so that we can learn more and put a customized set of service suggestions together for you.
We have gift cards.
Yes, it’s true. After 15 years, we are finally meeting client demand for gift cards. And our timing is excellent, right?! Just in time for the holidays, you can purchase gift cards for specific products and/or standard gift cards that recipients can apply toward customized services. Gift cards are available in the Store.
We have Insiders.
And we want you to be one. An Insider, that is. We have a couple worthwhile perks coming for Insiders (formerly Members) in early 2024. Be sure to sign up (on the bottom right of this page) and – because we want to have your explicit permission – check the box that allows us to send you news and updates.
We have plans.
Although we don’t want to do away with 2023 too quickly, we are immensely eager for what’s to come in 2024.
The blog and podcast that so many of you love is being rejiggered to incorporate more talk of all things Personal Development.
Many of you have unlocked the power of our most popular service, YouFinder. It’s an easy way to learn more about your personality and to begin to build a powerful new framework for decision making. We’re going to do a lot more with personality in 2024.
We’ll be expanding on our coaching services, introducing some exciting and timely focus areas to help you build a better life an/or business.
